“Zeitgleich“ (Simultaneous) is an installation that is taking place simultaneously on two various places – Sweden and Germany

"Zeitgleich" ist eine Installation zur gleichen Zeit an zwei unterschiedlichen Orten - Schweden und Deutschland

 

Caroline Creutzer: In my case I wanted to symbolize the organization “Steine ohne Grenze” (Stones without Borders)  combining the eternal symbol (made out of 59 polished granite stones (Rudolf J. Kaltenbach) from various parts of the world) with a “path” of raw stones from different parts of Sweden, Norway and Italy crossing over the middle stone.

My part of the installation goes from Sweden into the North sea thus, connecting Germany through the water…

Silvia Christine Fohrer: Mein Teil des von mir angeregten Projektes war die Legung der polierten Steine von Rudolf J. Kaltenbach, zeitgleich zu Caroline Creutzer in Schweden. Rudolf und ich waren in dem Zeitraum beim Transport der Steine für das Symposion mit den LKW´s. So fand ich dort auch den Ort der Installation, der die Spuren im Sand dieser Symposions-Vorbereitung trug. 11.00h, I installed with transportation tracks in sand from the stone transport the place of work in Berlin-Buch.

 

Rudolf J. Kaltenbach: Die Steine, die ich für die Installation in Deutschland und Schweden anfertigte, sind Symbol für ein friedliches Miteinander über die Grenzen hinweg.  I polished the stones an gave it to the both installations. They are a symbol for peacefully world over borders. The stones from the symposium were transported at the same time.

 

 

 

In Berlin zugegen war Herr Karl-Heinz Ehlers vom Bucher Boten und die Firma Besch, die beim Aufbau der Steine zum Symposion half.
